Professional Help
There are many ways you are able to get more help. Most of the time, many victims of depression, especially people who have higher severity levels, require more help than just themselves. The most common way to treat this is a mix of medication and counseling. Remember, each person's depression is different, meaning that each individuals treatment plan will be different. Asking for help is a big step, and always the right step to take. To get this help, contact a doctor or a therapist to be assessed and get the help you need. There is absolutely no shame in asking for help for something you have no control over.
